Orders and payment

When you place an order you offer to buy the listed books at the listed price. Payment is taken securely through our checkout provider at the time of ordering. Until payment is confirmed, stock is not reserved.

Shipping

Orders leave our studio within two to four business days. We ship to more than forty countries with tracking included; delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Unread books in their original condition may be returned within thirty days for a full refund — contact us first with your order number. If your copy arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it free of charge and you do not need to return anything.

Signed and personalized copies

Signed copies are available for select titles while stock lasts. Personalization requests added at checkout are handwritten; minor ink variation is part of the charm and not a fault.

Book covers, essays, episode audio, and site design are the property of Ashen Hollow Press. You may share links freely; reproducing substantial content without permission is not permitted.
